How do shipping and free delivery work?
Order preparation is usually about 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 2–4 business days in transit. These times are not guaranteed. Free shipping applies only when the checkout terms show that the order qualifies.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Defective and non-defective returns and exchanges are accepted when requested within 30 days after delivery. A change of mind, personal preference, or choosing the wrong item can qualify. Non-defective merchandise must be new, unused, in original condition, and include its packaging, tags, and accessories. Returns are mailed only after authorization. The free return label is included in the package, and no restocking fee is charged.
What if the order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Provide the order number, checkout email, explanation, and photographs or video of the product and packaging for damage, defects, incorrect items, or missing parts. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 days; exchanges are subject to stock.
