An order enters processing only after payment is successfully authorized. The checkout currently supports credit or debit card payment and may show PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay when available for the customer’s device or session. Only the methods visible at checkout are available for a particular order.
Payment providers may authorize, review, decline, or request verification. Customers must enter accurate billing details. A high-risk, incomplete, declined, or unverifiable transaction can be delayed or canceled. We do not store full card numbers on this page.
Questions about a failed payment, chargeback, dispute, temporary authorization hold, or currency conversion are generally handled by the issuing bank or payment provider. An approved refund is normally returned to the original payment method.
